We run four connected services: international job placements, MBBS admissions, MBA programs (online & offline), and Career Pilot Network — a career networking platform for students. You can use one route or combine them.
The first consultation is free across all four services. Any service fees are explained upfront, in writing, before you commit to a program or job order.
Our counselling team is based in India and we place candidates and students across 15+ destination countries worldwide.
It depends on the route — job placements can move in 4–8 weeks, MBBS admissions in 2–4 months depending on intake, and MBA programs align with each university's admission cycle. We give you a realistic timeline on your first call.
Book a free discovery call from the Contact page, or reach us directly on WhatsApp. We'll ask about your goals and recommend the right route — or combination of routes — from there.
Refund terms are specific to each service and are shared in writing before you pay anything, so there are no surprises either way.
Every job order is checked against the employer's registration, past hiring history and contract terms before it's shared with a candidate.
This varies by job order and is stated clearly in the offer summary before you accept — nothing is added after the fact.
Our relocation support includes a check-in during your first month specifically to flag and resolve this early.
We share the reason and, where possible, suggest an alternative country or role that better fits your experience — rejection isn't a dead end with us.
They cover legal review and preparation of your work contract and agreement once your confirmation letter is issued, before your final offer letter is released.
Yes, for eligible candidates and selected employers we offer a case-based flexible payment plan, including salary deduction after you're placed — ask your counsellor if you qualify.
Yes — we only place students into universities that appear on the current NMC-approved list at the time of admission.
Tuition, hostel booking, visa filing and a pre-departure orientation are bundled into one transparent quote.
Minimum eligibility varies slightly by destination country and university; we check your NEET score against live eligibility during your free counselling call.
Yes, all universities we work with for MBBS teach in English, so no additional language course is required before you start.
No — our quotes are all-inclusive of tuition, hostel and standard university charges. Anything optional (like private accommodation upgrades) is flagged separately, never bundled in silently.
Yes, provided you graduate from an NMC-recognised university, which is exactly why we only work with institutions on that approved list.
Yes, our online MBA pathway is built for working professionals with live and recorded class options.
Offline gives you a full campus and (where applicable) overseas visa experience; online keeps you working while you study. Both can carry equal recognition depending on the university — we walk you through which fits your goals.
We only recommend online MBA programs that carry valid UGC-Entitled or AICTE-approved recognition, so the degree holds up for employment and further studies.
Generally no once enrolled, since the program structures differ — this is why we spend time on the consultation step to help you pick correctly the first time.
It depends on the program — some accept fresh graduates, while executive-style MBAs typically expect 2+ years of work experience. We match you to the right category.
Many of our partner MBA programs include placement support, and every MBA student also gets a Career Pilot Network profile to widen their reach.
A LinkedIn-style platform built specifically for Indian students — build a profile, follow mentors, and get discovered by recruiters and universities.
Yes, creating a student profile is completely free. Visit careerpilotindia.net to get started.
No — it's a companion platform, not an upsell. Many students use it purely for networking and mentorship, with no other service attached.
Recruiters, university partners and mentors on the platform can view profiles that are set to discoverable; you control your own visibility settings.
Absolutely — the network is open to any Indian student or young professional building their career, independent of our other services.
Career Pilot Network is purpose-built for the Indian student journey — connecting you directly with the same counsellors, mentors and partner recruiters we work with across our jobs, MBBS and MBA services.
